מדיניות הפרטיות של כבר בא

בקצרה

כבר בא מרכזת את המשלוחים שלך במכשיר. לאפליקציה אין שרת משלה ואין בה חשבון משתמש, פרסומות או כלי ניתוח ומעקב. פרטי המשלוחים נשמרים רק במכשיר שלך ואינם נמכרים לאף אחד. המקרים שבהם מידע יוצא מהמכשיר מפורטים בהמשך.

מה נשמר במכשיר

פרטי המשלוח שחולצו: מספר מעקב, חברת השילוח, החנות או השולח, הסטטוס, נקודת האיסוף וכתובתה, המועד האחרון לאיסוף, קוד האיסוף, קישורי המעקב והאישור של המוביל ויומן האירועים של המשלוח. בנוסף נשמרים כתובת הדוא״ל ושם התצוגה של כל חשבון שחיברת, והגדרות האפליקציה.

הטקסט המלא של הודעת דוא״ל, של התראה או של טקסט שהדבקת מעובד בזיכרון לצורך החילוץ ואינו נשמר. גוף ההודעה אינו נשמר.

חיבור תיבת דוא״ל

החיבור אופציונלי ונעשה במסך ההסכמה הרשמי של Google או של Microsoft. כבר בא אינה מקבלת את סיסמת הדוא״ל. ב־Gmail מתבקשת הרשאת קריאה בלבד (gmail.readonly), וב־Outlook ו־Microsoft 365 הרשאות Mail.Read ו־User.Read.

בכל סנכרון נבדקות בכל חשבון פעיל עד 50 הודעות מ־45 הימים האחרונים. ב־Gmail נבדקות רק הודעות שמתאימות לחיפוש של מילות משלוח, וב־Microsoft נבדקות ההודעות האחרונות בתיבה. הסנכרון מתבצע גם ברקע, בזמנים שמערכת ההפעלה קובעת.

התקשורת מתבצעת ישירות מהמכשיר אל Gmail API או אל Microsoft Graph בחיבור מוצפן. אסימוני ההרשאה נשמרים באחסון המאובטח של מערכת ההפעלה ונמחקים בניתוק החשבון או במחיקת כל הנתונים.

השימוש של כבר בא במידע שמתקבל מ־Google APIs, והעברתו לכל אפליקציה אחרת, יעמדו ב־Google API Services User Data Policy, כולל דרישות Limited Use. המידע משמש רק לזיהוי משלוחים עבורך, אינו משמש לפרסום, אינו נקרא על ידי בני אדם ואינו משמש לאימון מודלים של בינה מלאכותית.

זיהוי משלוחים מהתראות (Android)

אפשר לאשר בנפרד גישה להתראות המכשיר. מבחינה טכנית Android מוסרת לאפליקציה בעלת הגישה את כל ההתראות, ולכן לפני המעבר להגדרות מוצג הסבר, וההפעלה אופציונלית. כבר בא מסננת במכשיר רק התראות שנראות כמו עדכון משלוח בעברית או באנגלית. התראה כזו נשמרת זמנית בתור מקומי מוגבל, מעובדת ונמחקת. שאר ההתראות אינן נשמרות, ודבר מהן אינו מועלה לשרת.

גרסת האפליקציה ב־Google Play אינה מבקשת הרשאת קריאת SMS ואינה ניגשת לתיבת ההודעות.

בדיקה מול אתר המוביל

כאשר למשלוח של צ׳יטה יש קישור מעקב מהמוביל, האפליקציה עשויה לפתוח אותו כשהיא פתוחה, בחלון נסתר, ולקרוא את הסטטוס שהדף מציג. זו כניסה רגילה לדף של המוביל, כמו בדפדפן: שום דבר בדף אינו נלחץ או נשלח, וטקסט הדף נמחק מיד לאחר קריאת הסטטוס. המוביל רואה את הכניסה כמו כל כניסה לקישור שלו.

התראות, עבודה ברקע ולוח ההעתקה

התראות ותזכורות איסוף הן אופציונליות ונוצרות במכשיר. קוד האיסוף אינו מוצג בגוף ההתראה. משימה ברקע רצה בערך פעם בחצי שעה, בתזמון שמערכת ההפעלה קובעת, כדי לעבד את התור המקומי ולעדכן תזכורות.

בדיקת לוח ההעתקה כבויה כברירת מחדל. אם הפעלת אותה, הלוח נבדק רק כשחוזרים לאפליקציה, ורק אם בחרת לייבא נשמרים פרטי המשלוח שחולצו ממנו.

מתי מידע יוצא מהמכשיר

בסנכרון דוא״ל, בפניות ל־Google או ל־Microsoft. בפתיחת קישור מעקב, בניווט או בשיתוף, רק אחרי פעולה מפורשת שלך, ואז האתר או האפליקציה החיצוניים עשויים לקבל כתובת, מספר מעקב או מה שבחרת לשתף. בבדיקה הנסתרת של דף צ׳יטה, כמתואר למעלה. ובייצוא הנתונים, רק אם בחרת לשתף את הקובץ. בכל המקרים האלה חלה גם מדיניות הפרטיות של אותו צד.

אבטחה

נעילת האפליקציה משתמשת במנגנון האימות של המכשיר, והאפליקציה אינה מקבלת נתונים ביומטריים. אפשר לחסום צילומי מסך. גיבוי Android של נתוני האפליקציה מושבת, וכל התקשורת מוצפנת.

שליטה ומחיקה

בהגדרות אפשר לייצא את הנתונים, למחוק משלוח, לנתק חשבון דוא״ל או למחוק את כל הנתונים והאסימונים. את הגישה להתראות אפשר לבטל בהגדרות Android. את ההרשאה לתיבת הדוא״ל אפשר לבטל גם בהגדרות חשבון Google או Microsoft. הסרת האפליקציה מוחקת את הנתונים שלה מהמכשיר. אין חשבון משתמש, ולכן אין חשבון למחוק.

ילדים

האפליקציה אינה מיועדת לילדים מתחת לגיל 13 ואינה משווקת להם.

KvarBa (כבר בא) Privacy Policy

Summary

KvarBa keeps track of your shipments on your device. The app has no server of its own, no user account, no ads and no analytics or tracking SDKs. Shipment details are stored only on your device and are never sold. The cases in which data leaves the device are listed below.

What is stored on the device

Extracted shipment fields: tracking number, carrier, shop or sender, status, pickup point and its address, pickup deadline, pickup code, the carrier's tracking and confirmation links, and the shipment's event log. Also the address and display name of each mailbox you connect, and the app settings.

The full text of an email, a notification or pasted text is processed in memory to extract those fields and is not stored. Message bodies are not stored.

Connecting a mailbox

Connecting is optional and happens on Google's or Microsoft's own consent screen. KvarBa never receives your email password. For Gmail the app requests read-only access (gmail.readonly); for Outlook and Microsoft 365 it requests Mail.Read and User.Read.

Each sync reads at most 50 messages from the last 45 days in each enabled account. In Gmail only messages matching a shipment keyword search are read; in Microsoft the most recent messages are read. Sync also runs in the background at times chosen by the operating system.

The device talks directly to the Gmail API or Microsoft Graph over encrypted connections. Access tokens are kept in the operating system's secure storage and are deleted when you disconnect the account or delete all data.

KvarBa's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. The data is used only to detect your shipments; it is not used for advertising, is not read by humans, and is not used to develop, improve or train AI or machine-learning models.

Detecting shipments from notifications (Android)

You can separately grant access to device notifications. Technically Android delivers every notification to an app holding that access, so the app explains this before opening the system setting, and the feature is optional. KvarBa filters on the device for notifications that look like a Hebrew or English shipment update. Such a notification is held briefly in a small local queue, processed and deleted. Other notifications are not stored, and nothing from them is uploaded.

The Google Play version of the app does not request SMS permission and does not access the SMS inbox.

Checking with the carrier's page

When a Cheetah shipment has a tracking link from the carrier, the app may open that link in a hidden view while the app is open and read the status the page shows. This is an ordinary visit to the carrier's page, as in a browser: nothing on the page is clicked or submitted, and the page text is discarded as soon as the status is read. The carrier sees it like any other visit to its link.

Notifications, background work and the clipboard

Notifications and pickup reminders are optional and are created on the device. The pickup code is never shown in a notification. A background task runs about every 30 minutes, as scheduled by the operating system, to process the local queue and update reminders.

Clipboard checking is off by default. If you enable it, the clipboard is checked only when you return to the app, and shipment fields are saved only if you choose to import them.

When data leaves the device

During email sync, in requests to Google or Microsoft. When you open a tracking link, navigate or share, only after an explicit action by you; the external site or app may then receive an address, a tracking number or whatever you chose to share. During the hidden Cheetah page check described above. And when you export your data, only if you choose to share the file. In each case that party's own privacy policy also applies.

Security

App lock uses the device's own authentication; the app never receives biometric data. Screenshots can be blocked. Android backup of app data is disabled, and all network traffic is encrypted.

Your control and deletion

In Settings you can export your data, delete a shipment, disconnect a mailbox, or delete all data and tokens. Notification access can be revoked in Android settings. Mailbox access can also be revoked in your Google or Microsoft account settings. Uninstalling the app deletes its data from the device. There is no user account, so there is no account to delete.

Children

The app is not directed at or marketed to children under 13.
